COOPER & BUSH PHYSICAL THERAPY LLC
6080 Southwest Blvd., Benbrook, TX 76109
"Dear Dr. Bush,
I have had wonderful help in my balance from working with your assistance. Ms Joan Spurlock PT , CSCS for strengthening and conditioning help and she has helped me a great deal in regaining my balance. I had been falling in the past and my neurologist, Dr. Susan Blue, sent me to work with you at your company.
In any event, I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the help and assistance and encouragement from Joan Spurlock. Please give her my regards and tell her how much I appreciated her help in working with me to regain my balance.
" Dear Dr. Bush,
It has been about six months since my last physical therapy session with you for my shoulder. I wanted you to know that I am doing great and that I am still so grateful for your care and support. In May, my study abroad trip to Europe with TCU students went really well, and I was able to wear a big backpack with no trouble. Now, I can do so much more, like lift a suitcase into the overhead bins on a plane, hang from a bar at the gym with full body weight, and hit the punching bag at boxing class with full force (sparingly of course, I'd rather not cause another injury!) All together, I'd say that my shoulder is 90% back to normal, and I can live with that. The who pain - surgery - recovery experience left me grateful for the ability to do everyday things and be more compassionate toward those whose injuries. I could not be more grateful to you and my physician.
Your work matters Dr. Bush, and you are an outstanding doctor. You probably know this, but sometimes it is nice to be reminded.
Have a blessed day and thank you again.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank yo and your staff for the physical therapy provided in associate with my knee surgery. It was a very positive experience and I am very grateful. Sara is a doll and has great demeanor with patients. It is always nice meeting new people.
Your clinic is first class in all respects.
Thanks again and best regards,
" I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to your staff for their professional and caring service to me. Never having experienced physical therapy before, I was slightly wary of what it might entail. I need not have had any worries - my PT and PTA were cheerful and encouraging every step of the way and my progress was, in large measure, a result of their guidance and attitude. In a similar manner, your office staff was always welcoming and helpful. I was kept apprised of schedules and paperwork requiring my attention. Again, thank you for the services you provided. If the time should ever come when I am asked for a recommendation, I will not hesitate to provide your name.
" Thank you for all y our help towards my recovery. I really, really do appreciate each stretch and each time you push me just a little further that I wanted.
"Dear Dr Bush,
Today I did regular push ups on my toes for the first time since June. I can't thank you enough for your wonderful care over these last months. Now that I realize what is possible in terms of recovery post op. I am even more grateful for your patience during the months before I had shoulder surgery. If you were frustrated or discouraged with my progress at any time, you never let me know about it - thank you! I could always count on your encouragement. During my last visit to your office, last week, I realized it has been 10 months since my arm began to hurt. It has been a long journey, and I appreciate your support through it all.
I am blessed to know you and i will always be grateful for your help with my recovery.
"Dear Cooper & Bush bunch --

"I want to express my sincere thanks to your company's help in my recent rehab. through my specialist and his encouragement and direction, I was able to make considerable progress in my rehab.
it is my hope that more people can be referred to your fine place.
" I’m writing to you in recognition of my Physical Therapist. My time spent during my physical therapy sessions was a joy, even when he worked me out on the elliptical machine. While getting treatment for my shoulder. I sprained an ankle at home and got to spend even more time learning from him. He exemplifies a caring and skilled Physical Therapist and I was sure I’d landed myself one of the best at Cooper and Bush. I love to learn and I soaked up all the knowledge I could from my therapist. I was only too happy to have someone eager to share his knowledge with me and set me up for success on the road to healing.
While I”ll try hard not to receive any more injuries in the near future I know exactly where to go when it does happen to me or my family and friends.
"Cooper & Bush staff: Thank you all for making me feel like a welcome part of the CBPT family for the two weeks I was with you. I enjoyed every bit of it.
"Joan & Natalie, Many thanks for my birthday party. It sure extended my 100 year celebration. The cupcakes were the best I ever. Three stars for the baker.
"Dear Staff at Cooper & Bush,
I want to thank Van and Natalie for giving me the opportunity of working here at C&B. I am very grateful to you both for letting me do my observation hours here. I really believe it was the stepping stone to my acceptance into PTA school. A friend asked me once, what was it like to work at C&B. My answer was, they are the nicest group of people I have ever met. From the staff in the office to everyone on the floor there has never been an anger word or an unkind thing said by anyone. I do hope you all realize what a wonderful work environment you have created and how special it is. I am happy I got to be a part of it.
Van, it is my hope that you continue to teach Functional Anatomy at TCC. You are a fountain of knowledge and having you as a teacher, with your ability to make the complicated easier to understand, would make this class not so scary.
I can’t thank you all enough for your patience and kindness you all have shown to me through these months. Thanks for the quizzes and answering the numerous questions I would though your way. Thank you for the sharing your knowledge and wisdom with me.
Thank you again!
"Thank you for all your help towards my recovery. I really, really do appreciate each stretch and each time you pushed me just a little further than I wanted.
"Natalie, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you and Van for your assistance with my recent visit to my primary care physician.

"I wanted to say thank you for sending me to Cooper & Bush. They discovered my problem and I am working on it. They were super and I was glad to work with my assigned PT and PTA. All my parts seem to be working better.
